1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders typically process within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 2-5 days.

Usually, the applicable model of our product will be written in the details below the product. If you are not sure whether your vehicle information is accurate, you can send your VIN number to me in the live chat dialog box, and when I see I will check for you the first time if we do not reply to you timely, you can also leave your email address, I will reply you via the email.

If you only need to transport to the United States, we are free shipping in the US.

6. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?

LUFT MEISTER is happy to accept returns on all merchandise within 7 days of receipt. We also accept exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, LUFT MEISTER cannot accept returns on used or damaged merchandise. 7. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?

Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from LUFT MEISTER. Coupon codes cannot be used on orders already placed.
