Warranty Statement

We provide a 1-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures that defective parts will be repaired or replaced under normal use. No refunds can be made after the 30-day free return period, only repair or replacement services can be provided.

Conditions:

The product must be used as intended and not subjected to improper installation or misuse.
Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Timeframe for accepting returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Applicable situation

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Notice

1. For the return application caused by the product itself, the freight shall be borne by the seller;
2. For other non-product reasons for return and exchange applications, the freight shall be borne by the customer;
3. If the product model does not match the customer's car model, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer; (please check your car model and product model carefully)

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To reduce communication time and solve problems as soon as possible, customers can submit the following information for our review when requesting after-sales service. Once the after-sales reason is accepted, we will reissue it for you as soon as possible.

1. Order number and order screenshot
2. Specific questions about the product and provide relevant photos or videos. Including test reports, etc.
3. Car VIN
4. Photo of product laser code, located at the bottom or lower half of the pillar.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not support returns for refunds in the following cases:
1. Goods have been used and artificially damaged.
2. Exceeded warranty period.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund within the exchange period: If you decide that you no longer need the product within 30 days of receiving it, you can apply for a refund. The product must be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged when you refund.

Refund for quality issues: If the product has quality issues (such as manufacturing defects, functional problems, etc.) and the problem is discovered within 6 months, you have the right to apply for a refund. To ensure that the refund application can proceed smoothly, the customer needs to provide relevant evidence (such as photos, test reports, etc.) to prove that the problem is caused by product quality issues.

2. Refund Not Applicable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:

The exchange period has expired: If the product exceeds 30 days, no refund request will be accepted. For products that exceed the exchange period, you can choose to apply for repair or replacement (depending on the specific situation).

Products have been used or damaged: If the product has been used or damaged by human factors, no refund will be accepted.

Customized products: For customized or specially customized products, no refunds can be made once they are shipped.

3. Refund Process

If you meet the refund conditions, you can apply for a refund by following the steps below:

Contact our customer service team and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for refund
  • Photos or test reports of relevant issues (required)

After receiving the application, the customer service team will review it as soon as possible and confirm whether it meets the refund conditions.

We will provide the return address and instructions if the application is approved.

4. Refund method

The refund will be processed using your original payment method. If you pay by credit card, the refund amount will be returned to your credit card account; if you use other payment methods, the refund will be returned to the corresponding account.

5. Refund time limit

Refund processing is usually completed within 7 working days after receiving the return. The specific time limit may vary depending on the payment method or bank processing time.
